ROLES:
The Customer Service executive is the person who responsible to efficiently and politely respond all telephone, email and ‘in person’ enquiries to further relay the booking info to dispatch team. As part of the operations, the Reservation executive will assist on a day-to-day basis. The reservation manager is authorized to act, on behalf of the company, on all matters related to reservations management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· To be responsible for responding any bookings and enquiries through incoming calls and emails in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
· To be responsible in delivering booking information from customer to dispatch team
· To be responsible in updating booking confirmation including vehicle and driver details to customer
· To keep update with drivers availability
· To immediately update the current status (booking/ trip) in the systems
· To ensure all record are maintained accurately
· To analyze customers’ feedback and report to top management
· To raise incident report pertaining customer complaint and drivers’ discrepancies
· Responsible for assisting the Management in achieving its objectives in line with the company’s vision and mission
· To perform any other duty/duties that may be assigned by Management from time to time related to operations management.
· Coordinate the job for drivers as per reservation and drivers’ availability
· To ensure job is assigned fairly to all drivers and assist driver to meet the minimum monthly target
