ROLE OBJECTIVES
As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Customer Service operations of our headquarters and branches nationwide. Your responsibilities will include planning, strategizing, and monitoring Customer Service Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as repair speed, inventory control, claims, and more. You will also be involved in supporting CS administration and maintaining internal controls. Additionally, you will contribute to the management of the Authorized Service network across the country.
