PANASONIC MALAYSIA IS LOOKING FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

Function: Customer Service

Job Type: Full time

Salary Range: Competitive Salary Package + Monthly Performance Incentive + Transportation Allowance

Location: Petaling Jaya

 

ROLE OBJECTIVES

As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Customer Service operations of our headquarters and branches nationwide. Your responsibilities will include planning, strategizing, and monitoring Customer Service Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as repair speed, inventory control, claims, and more. You will also be involved in supporting CS administration and maintaining internal controls. Additionally, you will contribute to the management of the Authorized Service network across the country.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Drive and monitor key Customer Service KPIs, optimizing repair speed, inventory control, and claims.
  • Administer and enhance internal controls to streamline Customer Service operations.
  • Manage and strengthen the Authorized Service network on a national scale.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Technical field.
  • Minimum 3 years in Customer Service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Customer Service systems.
  • Passionate about elevating Customer Service activities for industry leadership.
