Key Responsibilities
- Attend and respond to all customer's feedback via emails, social media, phone calls, Google reviews, and other channels
- Investigate and determine the root cause of the issues, provide findings to internal departments, and explain the best solution to resolve customer enquiries
- Coordinate with internal departments concerning the feedback of customers
- Develop and improve SOP for handling customer complaints
- Compile customer feedback and provide advisory to management by generating monthly dashboard data
- Assist to train outlet service crew on customer service
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business/ Administration or other related field
- Minimum 2-5 years of customer service-related working experience
- Able to work on weekends (Sat/ Sun)
- Proficient in speaking English, Malay, and Mandarin will be an advantage
- Eager to learn, independent, and able to work under pressure
- Strong communication and presentation skills (Excel & PowerPoint)
- Positive attitude and team player
