Responsibilities:
- Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Respond to all requests in a courteous, professional manner at all times
- Control guests/vendors access to residential floors through appropriate registration
- Assist on booking of on site facilities (ie: function room, meeting room)
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Provide directions for parks, restaurants, airports, etc
- Ensure all areas are well maintained in a professional and clean manner during shift
- Follow all safety and security policies, programs and procedures
- Perform any other ad hoc tasks as and when required
- Reports to Building Manager on all operation matters concerning the Front Desk/Concierge department
Requirements:
- Preferably at least 1 year of customer service experience in the related field.
- Proficiency in English (Spoken & Written).
- Able to communicate in Mandarin OR Japanese will be an added advantage.
- Presentable and positive attitude.
- Willing to work on shift.
