Requirements

Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
Working experience in sales/call center/retail/insurance are encouraged to apply.
Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills(Oral and Written)
Highly adaptable to a fast paced and dynamic environment
Able to work during weekends and holidays( Will be able to work from home during weekends and holidays)
Fluent communication in English & Mandarin (verbal & written).

Responsibilities

Explain company products to client.
Assist the customer in placing order.
Learn about products and services and describe clearly to customers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to make friends with customers.
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
