- Follow up all fresh leads every day on time.
- Conduct texting and calling to follow up with potential customers and introduce our financial advisory services with a focus on bank loan applications.
- Educate potential customers on the loan application process, requirements, and benefits of working with our firm.
- Gather necessary information from prospects to assess their eligibility and assist them in completing the application.
- Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions, address concerns, and provide additional information as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation, call volume, and conversion rates.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification; additional certifications in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Candidate must be able to speak Chinese .
- Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sale.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone.
- Strong typing skills, able to reply customer fast and on time.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to effectively present our services and convince potential customers.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and remotely.
- Familiarity with Google drive and proficiency in using technology for call management and record-keeping.
- Reliable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and necessary equipment to work from home effectively.
- Must be able to turn on camera via Google Meet during working hours for attendance and performance monitoring purpose.
- Must be able to work from Monday to Saturday
