Customer Service & Logistic Assistant

Warehousing, Storage & Distribution (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)

• Responsible to plan for export transportation activities, coordinate delivery of goods, manage deliveryt schedule, correspond with warehouse, seek to ensure cost effectiveness, resolve problems and handle customs clearance.
• Coordinate with supply chain for goods ready status based on customer requested delivery date.
• Work closely with production planner on customers’ requirements, sales forecasts, DO, production activities and follow through final shipment to ensure on time delivery to meet customer stipulated time frame.
• Handle delivery documentations such as customer PO, DO, packing list & Invoices.
• Assist to process billings, active follow-up on payment collection from customer, other outstanding crediting matters and ensure sales closing within time frame.
• Produce Multi dimensional and analysis reports.
• Process daily inbound sales order, issue Proforma Invoice, perform accurate data entry in ERP and disseminate the information to all relevant functional departments.
• Any other tasks or duties as assigned by superior/management from time to time.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, any field.
• Required skill(s): able to prepare documents in Mandarin as required by Taiwan branch, experienced in export trade & sales, Computer & MS Office skills, strong interpersonal, communication skills, strict in keeping confidential information.
• familiar with custom procedures & incoterm.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Ipoh and able to travel if job requires..
