Customer Service Manager

Company Background: Freight Forwarding & Logistics Provider 

Work Location: Senawang, Negeri Sembilan 

Position Title: Customer Service Manager 

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate export shipment bookings with shipping lines, airlines, and logistics vendors
• Manage daily air freight and ocean freight operational activities
• Monitor shipment movement and ensure timely cargo delivery
• Follow up on booking confirmation, shipping schedules, and operational milestones
• Coordinate closely with warehouse teams, transporters, customs brokers, and customers
• Handle shipping documentation and operational data updates
• Support urgent shipment arrangements and customer escalation cases
• Maintain accurate operational records and billing-related information
• Prepare daily operational reports and shipment status updates
• Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and operational procedures

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics operation, or customer service related roles
• Strong knowledge of export/import operation and freight forwarding processes
• Experience in handling air freight and ocean freight shipments
• Good communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent operational requirements
• Experience in handling manufacturing or contract logistics customers will be an added advantage. 

Additional Information:

• Accommodation allowance is provided for candidate outside of Negeri Sembilan.
• Candidate may need to travel to Klang as and when required
