Job Description

• Manage and process customer orders into Oracle
• Liaise with warehouse for pick/pack and arrange delivery based on customer request
• Monitor backlog and follow up outstanding goods or matters from the related parties ensuring the completion of order shipment within the contractual time frame
• Returns/Instrument movements
• Maintain communication with customers
