Job Description
- Respond promptly and professionally to phone reservations from various outlets, accurately documenting all reservation details.
- Provide clear and helpful information to customers regarding available services, pricing, and any other inquiries they may have.
- Collaborate with outlet to coordinate reservation schedules and ensure that all bookings are handled efficiently and accurately.
- Act as a liaison between customers and the different outlets, facilitating smooth communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of customer information, always ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Proactively seek feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- To perform any other duties as assigned immediate superior or any other person assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM graduated
- Organized and efficient in daily tasks
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Goal-oriented, organized team player
- Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, to actively look for ways to help people
- Proficiency in using office software applications, telephone systems, and other relevant tools.
- Dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
