Job Description

Respond promptly and professionally to phone reservations from various outlets, accurately documenting all reservation details.
Provide clear and helpful information to customers regarding available services, pricing, and any other inquiries they may have.
Collaborate with outlet to coordinate reservation schedules and ensure that all bookings are handled efficiently and accurately.
Act as a liaison between customers and the different outlets, facilitating smooth communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
Maintain a comprehensive database of customer information, always ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Proactively seek feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
To perform any other duties as assigned immediate superior or any other person assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements

Minimum SPM graduated
Organized and efficient in daily tasks
Good verbal and written communication skills
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Goal-oriented, organized team player
Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, to actively look for ways to help people
Proficiency in using office software applications, telephone systems, and other relevant tools.
Dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
