Job Description:
- Liaise with agent drivers, customers, ikea call centre
- Communicate through email/phone call
- Respond and assign ticket through Freshdesk
- Any ad hoc task given by supervisor
Requirements:
- Good verbal & written communication skills in English and Malay
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills, customer focus and strong contacts
- Excellent team player with positive attitude, resourceful & high level of enthusiasm
- Can work on shift (Morning/Afternoon)
- Overtime if necessary
