Customer Service Officer (FOH)

Job Description:

1. Greets and direct all patients within the practice.
2. Handle enquiries and arrange appointments as needed following a patient's visit.
3. Maintain and organise inventory efficiently. 
4. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the office.
5. Ensure Front of house area remains tidy and presentable. 
6. Process billing and address any patient queries regarding charges.
7. Verify financial records and collect patient charges while maintaining proper filing.
8. Contact and rearrange appointments for cancellations and no-shows.

Requirements:

• Preferable have working experience in Customer Service.
• Knowledge of medical aesthetics are preferred.
• Adequate training will be provided.
• Pleasant disposition with good communication skills in English, Bahasa Melayu and Chinese. 

Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration/Marketing/Public Relations, Hotel Management or equivalent.

Working Location:
Clique Clinic Bangsar, 6th floor, Boutique Office 3A-06-01, Menara 3A, 3, Jalan Bangsar, KL Eco City, 59200 Kuala Lumpur.

Working Hour:
10.00am to 6.30pm (6 working days in a week). Off on every Sunday.
