Customer Service Officer (FOH)

This position responsible to offer a professional and welcoming atmosphere that enhances the quality of service and care to patients. To provide high level of customer service to the customer who inquire about product and treatment service and increase the number of customers walk into clinic for consultation.

Job Description:

Front of House

• Greets and direct all patients within the practice.
• Handle enquiries and arrange appointments as needed following a patient's visit.
• Maintain and organise inventory efficiently. 
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the office.
• Ensure Front of house area remains tidy and presentable. 
• Process billing and address any patient queries regarding charges.
• Verify financial records and collect patient charges while maintaining proper filing.
• Contact and rearrange appointments for cancellations and no-shows.

Contact Centre 

• Manage the enquiries through phone calls, email, live chat, Facebook, Instagram, and other channels promptly and professionally. 
• Approach customers from enquiries to capture the leads with name, contact number, email, patient main concern and etc.
• Send newsletter and promotion package to existing and potential customers to generate sales.
• Perform receptionist tasks when needed.
• Maintaining patient's loyalty program.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by superior and management.

Requirements:

• Preferable have working experience in Customer Service.
• Knowledge of medical aesthetics are preferred.
• Must be interested in Aesthetic Medicine.
• Adequate training will be provided.
• Pleasant disposition with good communication skills in English, Bahasa Melayu and Chinese. 

Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration/Marketing/Public Relations, Hotel Management or equivalent.
