Job Description:
- Handle existing and new customers’ enquiry.
- Issue Amendment / Stop Work Requisition on behalf of SP.
- Issue GRR.
- Issue sales orders.
- Prepare artwork / master card.
- Work out selling prices on behalf of SP.
- Update master cards’ information into CPS System.
- Work out selling prices for converter orders.
- Counter check costing calculation done by Sales Personnel.
- Verify master cards’ drawings.
- Co-ordinate complaint report to QA and get reply from QA.
- Counter check Sales Order.
- Filing – customers’ Purchase Order, SO, quotations, Amendment / Stop Work Requisition and etc.
- Update “Daily Sales Report” for management to review.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a Diploma / Advanced / Higher/ Graduate Diploma in any fields.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Preferable language(s): Mandarin with writing and oral skills. Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
- Must have good interpersonal, communication and customer services skills.
- Must be independent, self-disciplined with a strong work ethic and well-organized individual.
- Capable to perform multi-tasking efficiently
- Excellent planning and time arrangement skills
