Report to: Customer Experience Lead in Singapore
Job Responsibilities:
• Helping with Zendesk tickets and calls i.e. enquiries from customers
• Manage 3rd party Marketplace platform chat and order processing
• Moderate Social Media comments and chats
• Ensuring customer satisfaction both pre-sale and post-sale
• Providing customer support and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Developing a strong business presence with clients in both B2B and B2C sales channels
• Manage and provide customer service support via Live Chats Platforms, Emails,Calls and Whatsapp
• Build and maintain good relationships with the customers to increase repeat business.
• Any ad-hoc administrative duties and tasks assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
• Diploma / Degree / Professional Certificate.
• Good command of Malay and English.
• Have basic speaking and writing etiquette.
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
