Customer Service Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion with excellent communication skills.

Job Descriptions

• Handle customer complaints and concerns promptly and effectively, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer privacy, data security, and compliance regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers in navigating products, services, and policies, providing clear and helpful information to facilitate their decision-making process.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to management for process improvement.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to address complex customer issues or service requests.

Working schedule & Salary package

• 6 days working per week (7.15am – 3.15pm OR 3pm – 11pm), Rotating shifts,1 day off per week.
• You can choose your off day on special occasions.
• $2800 - $3,000 MYR (During probation period)
• $3,200 - $3,500 (After 3’months’ probation period)
• $3600 and above after 5-6 months!!! (NO target needed)

Requirements

• 2-3years customer service background experience will be an advantage.
• Candidate with no relevant experience also welcome as trainee.
• Must be able to communicate and type in English & Mandarin. 
• Typing speed must be acceptable (typing test will be given).
• Customer-oriented personnel, Must have a sense of sympathy towards customers.
