Customer Service Officer/Senior Customer Service Officer - Hiring Immediately

FOZL Group is a corporate services firm headquartered in Singapore. FOZL has assisted many well-known foreign enterprises to set up their business in Singapore and Malaysia as well as aid in their expansion to Southeast Asia. FOZL has also established close cooperative relations with various partners such as government, associations, banks, law firms, HR partners and other eco-system partners. This allows FOZL to provide a comprehensive solution to our clients.

We are currently expanding our Malaysia team and are seeking for suitable candidates to join our team. The candidate will be part of our customer service team and be responsible for addressing to our clients’ enquiries and partnering with the rest of our teams to deliver excellent customer service experience to our clients. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Engagement with clients.
• Preparation of service-related documents.
• Follow up on customer service progress and payment collections.
• Issuance of tax invoice to clients.
• Resolve customer’s enquiries efficiently and escalate problems promptly.
• Other customer service-related activities.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Management/Business Studies or any other equivalent.
• Good command of mandarin will be advantageous. 
• 2 years of working experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Applicants with relevant experience may be considered for senior roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Possess good interpersonal, communication skills and able to work independently.
• Strong self-learning ability and strong result driven person.
• Passion for customer service and a good team player.
