Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Service & Operation Executive

We are looking for a Customer Care & Operation Representative that is genuinely excited to help customers and ensure operation excellent. This representative needs to be patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative—knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Job Function:

  • Managing incoming chats, calls emails enquiries in a timely matter.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Handle complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Handle customer returns, refunds or exchanges.
  • Process orders on a timely matter across all platforms including sync invoices and consignment notes for all orders across all platforms.
  • Provide general support to walk-in customers.
  • Manage the filing and updating of electronic documentation.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analysing customer needs.
  • Attempt to persuade customers to reconsider cancellation.
  • Manage the filing and updating of electronic documentation.
  • Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1 years of experience in a customer service or operations role.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Customer Service
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work within the stipulated deadline and is meticulous in work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is essential; fluency in other languages is a plus.
  • Able to work on weekends
