Customer Service Planner

• 1-2 year of working experience 
• Salary RM4.5k - RM5.8k 
• Handphone allowance RM80, Transportation allowance RM4/day
• Larkin, johor

Job Description:

• Plan on Customer Demand Loading & liaise with scheduler to meet the Internal Loading plan and Customer Shipment plan.
• Liaise to customer on product and shipment plan.
• Resolve materials and capacity constraints.
• Manage VMI and subcontractor management.
• Enforce and enhance system in place on inventory control include inventory accuracy and Excess & Obsolesce Management.
• Plan inventory management processes to avoid shortages and excesses.
• Ensure OTD & customer satisfaction.
• Create work order, follow up and co-ordinate with internal team.

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of working experience in Plastic Manufacturing or related to Planning and System MRP Application.
• Diploma or graduate in business administration, economics.
• Ability to work independently and self-directed.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office & ERP.
• Able to work in fast pace working environment
