CUSTOMER SERVICE - Rapid Progression

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or possess at least SPM, STPM or Diploma in any field with one year experience.

• Able to speak and write fluently in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Tamil  (as this role require to support tamil speaking customers & agents).

• Required Skill(s): Good communication, computer skills, fast learner, self-motivated, team work, customer oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Keep up to date with product information and sales promotion

• Providing customer with product information, features and availability

• Accurately describe product features and benefits

• Make a phone call advising and align existing customers ordering via dropship system

• Generate sales new leads via social media and others sources

• Handle enquiries and call new leads, 

• Reply WhatsApp and SMS queries, Follow up customer

• Daily update total enquiries, total sales, total sharing, total drop ships.

• Broadcast all promotions ,feedbacks and posters

• Maintain up to date customer database by entering customer profile details

• Meeting or exceeding new leads and sales target

• Communicating with designer and marketing on preparation developing sales presentation

• Provide solution to address customer issues or challenges
