Your Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to handle inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries.
What Will You Do
- To handle all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products.
- To exceed customer expectation in terms of customer service and accurate information.
- To work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
- To perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.
