Your Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to handle inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries.

What Will You Do

To handle all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products.
To exceed customer expectation in terms of customer service and accurate information.
To work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
To perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.
