Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, order processing, quotations, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will come from a manufacturing, industrial, engineering, distribution, FMCG, logistics, or related non-banking environment and possess strong experience in customer support, order management, and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, quotations, and complaints.
  • Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare quotations and follow up on customer requests.
  • Coordinate closely with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, and Operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and responsive service.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate complex matters when required.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within ERP/CRM systems.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of Customer Service experience in a manufacturing, industrial, engineering, logistics, distribution, FMCG, or related non-banking environment.
  • Experience handling customer orders, quotations, delivery coordination, and customer issue resolution.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Background in manufacturing, industrial products, engineering services, chemicals, logistics, distribution, or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes and customer fulfillment operations.
  • Experience supporting sales teams and coordinating with supply chain functions.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-centric mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume operational environment.

Education

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred.
