Working Location : Wisma UOA II (1 position) & PEN (1 position) & KLIA (1 position)
Job Description:
- Provide excellent customer service to valued customers by managing the rentals and the exit process, in compliance with Europcar's policies and procedures, with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ensure a pleasant, smooth and efficient handling of the rental for each customer by assisting in the exchange and return vehicle processes; review rental parameters with all customers to ensure a complete understanding of rates and service charges, verify return date and time on the rental agreement is accurate and reviews all charges at the time of vehicle return.
- Handle customer concerns to resolution in a professional manner. Contacts Branch Manager / Operations Manager when necessary.
- Achieving individual performance goals, customer service and branch targets.
- Assist customers with their vehicle rental to ensure a positive customer experience, while also promoting our additional products and services.
- Maintain appearance of rental counters and customer areas to present a neat, orderly and safe condition; ensure counter is stocked with appropriate supplies to provide smooth and effective counter service.
- Upholding company standards by ensuring cars are presentable to customers
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate.
- Able to work in Wisma UOA II or Penang International Airport or KLIA
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply – Full Training Provided.
- Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and achieve effective time management
- Knowledge and Experienced in Hotel / Fleet / Car Rental industry will be an added advantage.
- Required skill(s): Good communication skills, Result oriented.
- Required Language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
