CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - Hiring Urgently

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to take incoming telephone enquiries or through emails, on problems or complaints from customers relating to a range of specified products or services, with the objective resolving the customer's issue.
• Follow up on the feedback, escalation within internal department and customers.
• Develop and sustain a customer orientated culture by improving and executing relevant customer service strategies or customer care programmes and performance.
• Perform market survey from time to time on current and new products & services.

Requirements:

• With related qualification.
• Good communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with a diverse group of people.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and sales oriented.
• Possess good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Good follow-up skills and possess computer literacy.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese.
• Min 2 years of working experience in service line and able to conduct product training.
