Responsibilities:
- Responsible to take incoming telephone enquiries or through emails, on problems or complaints from customers relating to a range of specified products or services, with the objective resolving the customer's issue.
- Follow up on the feedback, escalation within internal department and customers.
- Develop and sustain a customer orientated culture by improving and executing relevant customer service strategies or customer care programmes and performance.
- Perform market survey from time to time on current and new products & services.
Requirements:
- With related qualification.
- Good communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with a diverse group of people.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and sales oriented.
- Possess good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Good follow-up skills and possess computer literacy.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese.
- Min 2 years of working experience in service line and able to conduct product training.
