Responsibilities:

• Advice customer on their schedule top up of their existing medical plan
• To build strong customer relationship.
• To deliver professional, cost effective and quality customer service to achieve the mission and objectives of the Outbound Contact Centre.
   

Requirements:

• Enthusiastic and self-motivated to earn more income.
• Daring, aggressive, result oriented, willing to accept challenges and a high achiever.
• Enjoy working over the telephone.
• The ability to speak other languages / dialects would be an added advantage. Preferred candidates with fluent Bahasa/English. Additional language skill will be added advantage e.g. mandarin.
• Degree/Diploma holders. Non-graduates with related work experience will be considered.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
• Applicants should have full working rights in Malaysia.
