KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to phone calls within agreed client SLA and offering appropriate solutions and information
- Guiding staff while handling difficult calls
- Handling the KPI for staff with the guidance of Team Leader
- To monitor the staff’s performance and this will include monitoring on their performances with the guidance of Team Leader
- Handling complaints for local Motor business
- Handling and processing reimbursement from customer/client
- Working with ISO team and compiling the ISO documentation
- Conduct monthly review and probation on new staffs for a period of three months
- Identifying training and development needs within the organization through job analysis
- Monitoring and providing feedback regarding the team members
- To perform random call audit for staff and provide feedback
- To perform all reporting duties, this includes daily reporting for cases and monthly client reporting
- To be updated in regards to the team’s performances by the team leaders

Education, Professional Qualifications and Experience
•Minimum Diploma/Degree in automotive holder with at least 4-5years of related working experience.
•Strong communication skills and able to be innovative
•Experience in providing customer service support
