We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Customer Care staff to join our team. As a Customer Service, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional and unforgettable guest experience. You will be the primary point of contact for our guests, handling sales inquiries and complaints.

Job Requirements:

• Be responsible, punctual, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for providing top-notch service and resolving guest issues.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated
• At least 2 years of working experience Hospitality, customer service, receptionists, or any related field will be an advantage.
• Preferably with at least 1 year(s) of experience with web hosting platforms (Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb, Traveloka, etc.).
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of employees
• Good organisational and multitasking abilities, Look presentable and have a positive attitude.
• Able to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to work overtime if necessary.
• Immediate availability is an advantage

Job responsibilities:

• Providing exceptional service to guests from check-in to check-out
• Greet guests, address their needs, and ensure a pleasant stay.
• Manage guest reservations, room availability, and bookings through various channels
• Efficiently process guest check-ins and check-outs, verify information, and address inquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Assigning rooms to guests based on  preferences and special requests, while also considering room availability
• Providing information about the homestay's amenities, services, and local attractions
• Assist guests with their requests and resolve issues promptly
• Process payments, explain charges, and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Handling guest complaints, inquiries, concerns, or requests professionally
• updating and following up on outstanding inquiries, requests, and complaints on a daily basis
• Manage guest records, perform data entry, and maintain accurate reservation and billing records
• Ensure all areas are well maintained in a professional and clean manner during the shift.
• Work closely with relevant departments, such as housekeeping, maintenance, or inspection teams, regarding room status.
• Perform any other ad hoc tasks as and when required.
