Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Service Team Lead / Specialist

A leading multinational in the healthcare and medical device industry is expanding its presence in Malaysia. We are looking for a capable and driven professional to join the Customer Service team within the Vision Care division. This role is suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organised, and committed to delivering a high standard of service to both internal teams and external partners.This is a key role with scope for leadership or team collaboration, depending on your experience level. You will be part of a team that handles the full cycle of customer service, from order management to complaint.

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Salary range:
  • From RM3,200 for candidates with strong operational experience
  • Up to RM6,800 for those with supervisory or team leadership background
Includes a 13th-month contractual bonus as part of the total package

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders received through multiple channels including email, phone, WhatsApp, and internal sales teams

  • Ensure accuracy in system order entry and follow through to delivery

  • Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries and complaints, escalating when necessary

  • Coordinate closely with warehouse, finance, and third-party logistics providers to resolve returns, rejections, and other operational issues

  • Manage stock fulfilment and oversee billing processes for distributor orders

  • Log and monitor customer complaints to ensure timely and effective resolution

  • Ensure all activities comply with company SOPs and GDPMD standards

  • Support team coordination efforts, performance monitoring, and service improvement initiatives when needed

  • Take on ad-hoc tasks and cross-functional collaboration opportunities



Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant customer service or order management experience,

  • Candidates with leadership experience or the ability to supervise and drive team performance will be strongly considered

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills

  • Able to work independently and collaboratively under pressure

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
