Qualifications & experience
- Education – Minimum SPM and above
- Prefer 2~3 years experience in Freight Forwarder.
- Prefer Junior Executive in Logistics/Supply Chain
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
Tasks & responsibilities
- Liaise with customer, vendors and oversea team to complete job/shipment.
- Liaise with customers and oversea team shipping documents and shipment schedule. Ensure shipping documents are correct.
- Daily monitor and follow up each shipment on the time frame requirement and update to customers.
- Keep records and proper filing for all shipments documentation. Ensure all billing submission to account department on time.
- Communicate and build good relationship with customers and oversea partner.
- Handle daily email correspondence, requests, and queries.
