- Provide quotation on FCL / LCL / AIR, DDU / DDP and EXWK inquiries received from group offices, local clients and overseas agents.
- Provide customer service to clients and overseas agents by handing their enquiries / feedbacks and updating shipment status proactively.
- Attend to enquires from customers and overseas agents.
- Provide customer service to clients and overseas agents by handling their queries/feedbacks and updating shipment status proactively.
- Assist the salesperson/company to check rates with overseas agents, carriers and 3rd party vendors and sending quotations on behalf of salesperson/company to clients when required.
- Perform ad-hoc task assigned by Manager/Director.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years of working customer service and/or operation experiences in international sea freight forwarding company.
- Understand sea freight FCL & LCL documentations, customs clearance and domestic transportation.
- Knowledge in USA trade and airfreight is an added advantage.
- Must have freight forwarding experience.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess own transport and willing working at Puchong.
- Good working attitude, committed, independent and team work.
