Be a customer advocate, providing exceptional support through active listening and resolving inquiries.
Collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs, identify challenges, and develop long-term solutions to foster strong relationships.
Partner with internal stakeholders across Operations to identify areas for automation and process improvement to enhance the customer experience.
Implement best practices and automation initiatives to optimize customer success workflows.
Assist the Customer Success team with day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth customer onboarding and ongoing support.

Experience in a customer service, representative, or executive role.
A passion for driving customer satisfaction and retention.
A strong desire to understand client needs and implement solutions for successful product adoption.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders.
Experience working in a cross-functional environment.
