What You'll Be Doing:

• 🚀 Launching Success: Assist clients in the seamless launch and ongoing management of their online stores (Don't worry, we provide stellar training to set you up for success!)
• 🛠️ Technical Mastery: Rapid-response troubleshooting and system analysis to resolve challenges and ensure a smooth customer experience.
• 📈 Growth Partner: Identify opportunities during client interactions and collaborate with the sales team to fulfill additional needs for products or services.

Requirements:

• 🎓 Academic Prowess: Professional Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent in relevant fields. (Such as Information technology or equivalent) 
• 🌐 Language Skills: Proficient in English, and/or Mandarin.
• 🌍 At least 1 year of working experience in a related field, and the flexibility to adapt to a remote work setup during the pandemic.
