Customer Success Specialist (Local/Expat) – Mandarin | Livingstone (Malaysia)
Up to RM4500 + Language Allowance (Total up to RM5500 incl. PRC applicants)
24/7 Rotational Shift (5 days work / 2 days off) | Onsite | Start Date: 4 May 2026
We are hiring a Mandarin-speaking Customer Success Specialist to join a fast-paced customer support operation in Livingstone, Malaysia.
This role is open to both local and PRC candidates, offering a strong opportunity to build a career in customer experience and digital support within an international environment.
Support customers with online orders and service requests
Handle inbound calls and email queries in a professional manner
Process payments and handle sensitive customer data securely
Escalate priority issues when required
Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and performance
Meet KPIs and adhere to company/client policies
Fluent Mandarin (C1 level) – spoken, written, and reading
B2 English proficiency
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field
Minimum 6 months customer service experience preferred
Fresh graduates welcome (Communication / English / related fields)
Call centre experience is an advantage
Strong customer service orientation
Excellent communication & active listening skills
Ability to handle complaints professionally
Calm, analytical, and solution-focused mindset
Strong emotional intelligence under pressure
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
Up to RM4500 basic + language allowance
Total package up to RM5500 (PRC eligible)
