Role and Responsibilities

• Effective and strong communication between Customer – Sales – Production. 
• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
• Identify customer needs and help accordingly. 
• Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.
• Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution.
• To increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations. 
• Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
• Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities

Job Success Requirements

• Proven 2 to 3 years working experience as a Customer Support / Service. 
• Experience in providing customer service support.
• Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques.
• Proficiency in English & Chinese. 
• Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools.
• Ability to think strategically and to lead.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
• Customer service orientation.
