Job description:
- Communicate with customers and understand their needs and identify sales opportunities / develop potential customers and follow up on leads
- Create and manage customers account.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to provide customers with quality services
- Maintain a high degree of professionalism with customers to establish and create a good customer experience.
- Manage customer database and prepare costing / analysis reports
- Manage customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and follow-up to ensure resolution.
- Support office administration and other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Job requirements:
- At least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Degree in any field.
- Experienced, 3 years and above in relevant positions.
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a collaborative environment that requires to coordinate with other departments and stakeholders.
- Have good Initiative, analytical and negotiation skills.
- Willing to take on more tasks/responsibilities when the business requires
- Disciplined, hardworking and able to perform under pressure
- Possess own transport
- Willing to travel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
