Job Description

What you will do:

• Utilize customer support software to track, manage, and resolve customer issues.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Identify opportunities for improving customer experience and implement solutions.
• Provide regular feedback to the team and contribute to process improvements.
• Manage and resolve customer disputes, particularly charge disputes.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer success or customer support role.
• Must be able to speak and write in Mandarin & English
• Proficiency in using Zendesk software, or anything equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage disputes effectively.
• Grammatically correct in written and verbal
