Customer Support Specialist (English) - Exciting Challenge

Duties and Responsibilities*:

• Process applications for the opening of a new client’s account.
• Amend existing client’s accounts.
• Provide support to clients and prospects, and assist with all kinds of requests received by email, or live chat.
• Keep high satisfaction standards and exceed customer expectations.
• Resolve problems by applying established procedures.
• Educate customers about the company's products and services
• Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches that happen very frequently.
• Suggest ideas to improve customer experience.
• Adapt fast to continuous changes and contribute to making them happen in a smooth way
• Report bugs to developers and advocate clients’ needs and desires
• Share important news/updates with the next shift and keep track of the pending
• Tickets.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure customers get what they request.
• Provide feedback to the Team Leaders.

* Job Scope is defined by the bullets above but not strictly limited to it. Job scope might be extended in the period of contract duration with proper notice and discussion with Management. 

Requirements:

• You are a fluent speaker of English.
• You love communicating in writing and on the phone. You do it well. People use to quote your phrases and open their mouths when you speak.
• You are good at Maths.
• You are a good listener and empathizer.
• You really enjoy helping people. You want this particular customer to succeed in what he is doing. And that one also.
• You feel great when you see that somebody learned from you.
• You are computer literate. You know that the Internet is not only about YouTube and Facebook. You “google” things like a boss and you are considering to replace those ALT+TAB keys on your keyboard.
• You pay attention to the details. The urge inside you makes you dig out the root of the problem.
• You are flexible to work rotating shifts and ready to take night shifts.
• You maintain a positive attitude in resolving complex queries.
• You're flexible in terms of working hours and you're okay working early morning or late evening rotating shifts (incl. weekends).
