Customs Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the company's import and export customs declaration business, and responsible for sorting out the customs declaration data Grant application.

Familiar with foreign trade and import and export business processes, according to the order, prepare the phase customs import and export documents, can independently complete the customs declaration, to ensure that the goods are timely smooth customs clearance.

Responsible for the production of customs declaration documents, sorting out customs declaration files, and related customs clearance forms evidence archiving and sorting.

Responsible for the inspection and follow-up of front-line goods, and the customs and commodity inspection departments contact to ensure that all import and export related matters are operated legally.

According to the laws and regulations of the customs and relevant rules and systems, identify the daily life Potential compliance risks in customs work, improve and optimize customs-related flows Journey.

Responsible for the identification and sorting of bonded information of Malaysian factories.

Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

Job Requirements:

Excellent communication and coordination skills, can communicate well with overseas colleagues.

Proficient in Mandarin and English.

Familiar with customs declaration business process and country Laws and regulations related to customs affairs and taxation.

Familiarity with various incoterms.

Relevant business, cross-border e-commerce, international trade related work experience is preferred.
