Lead the Delivery of Critical Cyber Security Initiatives
We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Delivery Manager to join our Global IT team based in Laverton, Australia.
This is a key role responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and delivery of cyber security initiatives that strengthen Nufarm's security posture and support business objectives. Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, you will translate cyber security strategy, policy, and risk requirements into practical, well-governed outcomes across projects, operational environments, and continuous improvement initiatives.

How You'll Help Us Grow
Cyber Security Program Delivery
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of cyber security initiatives, ensuring outcomes align with business priorities, risk reduction objectives, and enterprise security strategy.
- Develop and manage delivery plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications.
- Ensure cyber security projects are delivered effectively, transparently, and in accordance with governance requirements.
Security Integration & Implementation
- Partner with project, infrastructure, cloud, network, and application teams to embed security requirements into solution design, implementation, and change activities.
- Coordinate the implementation of security controls, technologies, and remediation activities across enterprise and operational technology environments.
- Support the adoption of security-by-design principles across technology initiatives.
Cyber Security Advisory & Risk Management
- Provide cyber security subject matter expertise to support projects, architecture reviews, risk assessments, and strategic technology decisions.
- Assist stakeholders in understanding security risks and implementing practical mitigation strategies.
- Contribute to risk treatment planning and the successful execution of remediation programs.
Governance, Compliance & Continuous Improvement
- Support audit responses, compliance activities, and control validation initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement of security processes, delivery standards, and governance practices.
- Facilitate the transition of security capabilities into sustainable business-as-usual support models.
Stakeholder Engagement & Security Culture
- Build strong relationships across business and technology teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
- Promote security awareness and encourage alignment between cyber security objectives and business priorities.
- Foster collaboration between internal teams, service providers, and external delivery partners.

What You'll Bring
Essential
- Proven experience in cyber security, information security, or information technology roles.
- Demonstrated experience leading security delivery, implementation, or cyber uplift initiatives within a complex enterprise environment.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or industry certifications in:
- Cyber Security
- Information Technology
- Information Security
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across technical, operational, and leadership audiences.
- Experience managing project delivery, risks, dependencies, issues, and implementation activities.
- Well-developed analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to translate security, risk, and business requirements into practical delivery outcomes.
- Excellent communication, planning, and coordination skills.
Desirable
- Experience delivering cyber security programs across global or multi-site organisations.
- Exposure to operational technology (OT) or manufacturing technology environments.
