Responsibilities :

• Operations Management : Manage the daily operations which include receiving, evaluating, and responding to vulnerability reports from external sources.
• Triage and Prioritization : Assess and prioritize incoming vulnerability reports based on severity and potential impact and collaborate with relevant teams to address them.
• Remediation Tracking : Handle inquiries from agencies, escalate issues for independent assessment, send reminders for unresolved issues, update statuses in JIRA, and request source codes from agencies for further assessment if necessary.
• Coordinate Retesting : Organize retesting with researchers or triagers from bug bounty platforms for initial retests and perform independent retests.
• Documentation : Maintain comprehensive records of reported vulnerabilities, assessments, and remediation actions.
• Trend Identification : Identify trends in vulnerability reports and recommend updates to the rules of engagement or program policy.
• Reporting and Statistics : Upload monthly statistics to the platform system.
• Weekend Support : Provide support for critical vulnerability reports or incidents during weekends if needed, ensuring emergency responses, escalation procedures, documentation, and collaboration with relevant teams are managed effectively.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a helpdesk or technical support role is advantageous.
• Relevant certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CEH, OSCP, CompTIA Security+) will an added advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to provide support during weekends and outside regular working hours as needed.
• Proficiency with JIRA or similar tracking systems.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
