Data Analyst - Digital Marketing - Room for Advancement

Role Summary

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, interpreting the results, and providing insights to drive informed business decisions. You will work closely with various departments, including marketing, sales, and finance, to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data analytics tools to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities based on data insights
• Identify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations for optimizing business operations
• Automating business intelligence for business insights, trend spotting for business decision making
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in data analysis techniques and tools
• Provide ad hoc analysis and reports as needed

Core Responsibilities

STRATEGIC AND TACTICAL

• Evaluating existing data, anticipating future demand and uncovering areas for improvement.
• Focus on analyzing the conversion rate data of the cinema admissions & marketing campaigns, compare the data as well as present the optimization proposal.
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management

OPERATIONAL

• Manage large amounts of data, analyzing them and developing data-driven insights to the business
• Developing and implementing databases and data collection systems
• Acquiring data from primary and secondary sources and maintain data systems
• Develop and maintain analytic dashboards
• Prepare analytics report to the Management

INDUSTRY

• Develop competitor intelligence through keeping abreast with their campaigns, promotions & key strength
• Keep up to date on latest information of contents, technology & marketing tools.

PEOPLE

• Prepare the findings in proper document and present to team members & management
• Coaching and work closely with team members to understand the requirement of data

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, finance, or research
• 5-6 years of working experience in Data Analytical
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL and experience working with relational databases
• Experience with data visualization tools and/or coding language: Power BI and Python
