Data Entry Clerk - Join a Leading Company

We are seeking an experienced, motivated & dynamic individual to join the newly established Johor branch as Data Entry Clerk. 

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure all records are up to date and maintain records of sales and cost of sales quotations.
• Input job costing into the freight system, including the job reference number.
• Verify the accuracy of the profit and loss (P&L) for each job, and flag any profit margins below 10%.
• Generate sales invoices/Debit Notes/Credit Notes upon job completion.
• Send billing to customers upon receipt of notification email from the operations team.
• Verify supplier invoices and reconcile them with the quotation.
• Follow up on customers' billing queries.
• Collaborate with the Singapore Finance Team.
• Coordinate with both internal and external auditors during audit fieldwork.
• Undertake any other tasks assigned from time to time.

Qualification and Experience:

• SPM/STPM/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience preferably in the logistics industry, with knowledge of freight forwarding (air and sea) as an added advantage.
• Able to converse in English and Malay.
• Must be computer literate with good working knowledge of computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skill to allow interaction at levels or personnel in various functions.
