Adore Global Ops is seeking a Data Science and Business Intelligence Associate to build dashboards, automate analytics workflows, and support data-driven decision-making across multiple countries. This role is ideal for graduates who enjoy technical problem-solving and transforming data into insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Build dashboards for sales, warehouse, marketing, and CRM
• Develop predictive models for forecasting and inventory optimisation
• Automate recurring analytics and reporting processes
• Analyse customer behavior, conversion patterns, and team performance
• Work with AI-driven internal agents to enhance operational efficiency
• Collaborate with the Tech Team on data structure and internal tools

Requirements

• Graduate in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related fields
• Familiar with SQL, Python, or BI tools (Power BI or Tableau)
• Strong interest in predictive modeling and data automation
• Able to simplify complex problems into actionable insights
• Fresh graduates welcome
