Job Summary

Experienced individual who is a team player equipped with good communication and negotiation skills in support to the sales team and manage partnerships in APAC

Job Responsibilities

• Assist sales team in new and renewal quotations
• Manage the existing vendors and source for potential partnerships
• Manage sales tracking tools and provide monthly reports
• Keep abreast of competitive activity, market trends and new product developments
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely booking of numbers and invoices
• Perform any other administrative and operational duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• A motivated and organized personnel with initiative and positive team-oriented attitude
• Meticulous, organized, pro-active and able to work under pressure
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Good data management / analysis skills
• Ability to prioritize and perform in fast paced environment with minimum supervision
• Proficiency in MS office applications especially MS Excel spreadsheet skills
• Prior working knowledge of Salesforce.com will be added advantage
• Familiar with IT/Electronics parts would be an advantage
