We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven PEGAWAI PEMULIHAN KREDIT (Recovery Officer) to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist in recovering outstanding debts and loans from customers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong team management abilities, exceptional customer service skills, and a knack for problem-solving.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Contacting customers to negotiate payment plans for outstanding debts
• Managing a team of recovery agents to ensure targets are met
• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer queries effectively
• Analyzing credit reports and financial information to develop recovery strategies
• Collaborating with internal departments to streamline recovery processes
• Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with customers

**Skills and Qualifications:**

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Proven ability to manage a team effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality service
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
