Delivery Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for franchisee development andcooperation negotiation to reachcooperation.
• Coordinate and manage theday-to-day operations of the courier services drop point/collectionpoint/ outlet within the designated area. (Supervising sorting,routing and delivery processes to ensure timely and accuratedelivery of packages).
• Recruit, train andmanage a team of drivers, couriers, and support staff. Provideleadership, guidance, and support to ensure a motivated andefficient workforce.
• Plan and optimize deliveryroutes to maximize efficiency and reduce deliverytimes.
• Improve route planning and makereal-time adjustments as needed.
• Monitor andtrack franchisees' data such as on-time deliveries, deliveryaccuracy, customer satisfaction, and operationalcosts.
• Take corrective actions to address anyperformance issues.
• Ensure compliance withsafety regulations and companypolicies.
• Supervise and coach all the staff onthe code of conduct and all the rules & regulations set bythe company e.g. arrangements for overnight parcels, fake POD(proof of delivery), etc.
• Any ad-hoc taskassigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in logistics, supplychain management and other relatedfield.
• Minimum 1-2 years working experience inthe related field.
• Prefer candidates who canread, speak and write in Mandarin as the position needs tocommunicate with HQ China.
• With problem-solvingskills and the ability to work underpressure.
• Able to start work immediately orwithin a short notice will be takenadvantage.
• Knowledge of express delivery is anadvantage
• 2 weeks once HQ meeting atPuchong/Subangarea
