Demand Planner - Excellent Benefits Package

Responsibility

• To work with key business partners (Principal and assigned Brands) to develop professional relationships and meet company goals.
• Supply and inventory planning for the assigned Brands account, i.e. monitoring of product sales run rate, take lead in the 13-week product inventory forecast planning, and inventory management as to ensure Dancom has the optimum inventory holding at all time.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely stock replenishment across all sales channels. Manage stock delivery and return arrangements.
• Manage the entire import or drop shipment process from PO placement, cargoes readiness to shipment.
• Oversee smooth transitions of product lifecycles, including new launches, limited editions, out-of-stock items, and end-of-life products.
• Maintain an updated product master list and other relevant information 
• To work with internal logistics team to follow up and follow through the supply planning process, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations (SIRIM registration).

Job requirements 

• Candidate must possess a degree in a relevant field with minimum 5 years of working experience in partners engagement/ data analytic, with either Consumer Electronics (mobile phones/ gadgets), or Distributors environment.
• Empathetic, curious and confident with strong abilities in communication, relationship building negotiation and critical thinking. 
• Highly proficient in English.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision. 
• Advance skillsets in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
