• Maintain performance standards outlined in the Departmental Operations Manual to ensure efficient departmental operation.
• Meet guest needs through high food preparation and presentation standards.
• Assist in establishing outlet identity by providing required food presentation standards.
• Know and follow recipes and preparation methods for menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards for work areas, kitchen equipment, and utensils.
• Coordinate with colleagues regarding operational issues.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Attend scheduled meetings and briefings.
• Understand and follow safety rules, emergency procedures, and fire prevention regulations.
• Participate in scheduled training programs to improve personal or departmental standards.
• Adhere to hotel policies and procedures.
• Adapt to changes in the Food and Beverage function.
• Fulfill any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

• Ensure guests' needs are consistently met through high-quality food preparation and presentation.
• Help establish the outlet's identity by maintaining standards of food presentation.
• Know and follow standard recipes and preparation methods for all menu items in your kitchen.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in work areas, kitchen equipment, and utensils.
• Coordinate with colleagues to address operational issues.
• Familiarize yourself with kitchen equipment and operate it safely and efficiently.
• Attend regular meetings and briefings.
• Follow safety rules, emergency procedures, and fire prevention regulations.
• Participate in training programs to improve personal and departmental standards.
• Adhere to hotel policies and procedures.
• Adapt to changes in the food and beverage function as needed by the hotel.
• Fulfill any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
