We are a recruitment agency assisting a well-established dental clinic in Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur to hire suitable candidates for the role of Dental Assistant. This clinic provides professional dental care services to patients of all ages, focusing on customer care and high-quality treatment.

Position Overview

The Dental Assistant will support daily clinical and administrative operations, ensuring smooth patient care and assisting dentists during procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and materials for treatments and procedures

• Assist the dentist during examinations, treatments, and minor surgeries

• Ensure proper infection control and sterilization of all equipment and work areas

• Comfort and guide patients before, during, and after treatment

• Record and update patient information, maintain accurate dental records

• Provide oral hygiene instructions and post-treatment care advice

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dental clinic

• Manage dental supply inventory

• Assist with X-rays (training provided)

Requirements

• Malaysian citizens of any race

• Age: 25-35 years old

• Gender: Open to all

• Education: Minimum SPM; SKM, Diploma, or Degree holders are also welcome

• Language:

  • Must be able to speak, read, and write in Mandarin

  • Able to communicate in Malay and English

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Interview Mode

• Face-to-face interview at the clinic

Working Hours & Days

• 6 working days per week (1 day off on a weekday)
• Shift options:
  • Morning: 9:00am 6:00pm
  • Afternoon: 12:00pm 9:00pm

• Basic Salary: RM 2,000 RM 3,000 (depending on experience)
