Position: 部门助理(招聘)Department Assistant (Recruitment)

职责 Responsibilities:
-协助招聘部发布招聘广告,管理招聘平台,并筛选符合要求的候选人。
-安排面试,与候选人和面试官协调确认时间和地点,并及时更新面试进度。
-跟进候选人的面试反馈,维护招聘系统中的候选人信息。
-协助进行背景调查,确保候选人的资质和背景符合公司要求。
-协助组织和参与各类招聘活动,包括但不限于校园招聘、招聘会等。
-协助新员工入职手续的安排。
-更新部门相关总表,如招聘进度表、新人入职表、Master List等。
-协助处理部门的报销以及预算事务。
-协助处理部门的请款事务。
-支持其他类型的招聘活动,例如本地招聘等。
-Assist the recruitment department in posting job advertisements, managing recruitment platforms, and screening candidates who meet the requirements.
-Schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates and interviewers to confirm times and locations, and update interview progress promptly.
-Follow up on interview feedback from candidates and maintain candidate information in the recruitment system.
-Assist in conducting background checks to ensure candidates' qualifications and backgrounds meet company requirements.
-Assist in organizing and participating in various recruitment activities, including but not limited to campus recruitment, job fairs, etc.
-Assist in arranging new employee onboarding procedures.
-Update department-related spreadsheets, such as recruitment progress sheets, new employee onboarding sheets, Master Lists, etc.
-Assist in handling departmental reimbursement and budgetary affairs.
-Assist in handling departmental payment requests.
Support other types of recruitment activities, such as functional position recruitment, local recruitment, etc.
任职要求 Requirements:
-本科及以上学历,人力资源管理或其他相关专业优先。
-具备招聘或人力资源助理工作经验者优先考虑。
-良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神,能够与各层级的员工有效协调工作。
-细致认真,具备较强的组织和问题解决能力,能够同时处理多项任务并保持高效率。
-熟练使用办公软件,如Microsoft Office等。
-Bachelor degree or above, with preference given to majors in human resources management or related fields.
-Experience in recruitment or HR assistant roles is preferred.
-Good communication skills and a spirit of teamwork, able to effectively coordinate work with employees at all levels.
-Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills, able to handle multiple tasks and maintain high efficiency.
-Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office.
